Kylie Minogue X

Kylie Minogue X, Dance Music:

"X" was the tenth studio album released by Kylie Minogue in November, 2007. The dance music CD was something of a comeback for the popstar after the relatively disappointing reception of "Body Language".

The first single to be issued from "X" was "2Hearts". The song was a cover version of a song by Kish Mauve, who acted as producer on the update.

The second single pick for the U.K. and Australia was vintage Eighties Kylie. "Wow" was written by Minogue, Greg Kurstin, Karen Poole and produced by Kurstin. It reached the top ten in many major markets and top twenty in others.

"In My Arms" followed "Wow" as the third "X" single. It was the second single in Europe and the first released in Spain. The track was a top ten hit around the world.

In March, 2008, "X" made it to North American shores and the single "All I See" was released to promote it. "All I See" became a top five hit on the American Billboard Dance Club/Play chart.

"The One" became the fourth U.K. single in July, 2008. Produced and remixed by the Freemasons, "The One" is a remake of the song "I'm the One" by dance music group "Laid".

There are many other single worthy tracks on "X". "Like a Drug", the iTunes hit "Speakerphone", and "No More Rain" have all been cited by various critics as potential releases.
