Hilary Duff is an actress, singer, songwriter and business woman. She first won fame by playing the lead role in the TV series "Lizzie McGuire". Success in film, business, and music followed. Her most recent CD was 2007's "Dignity".
"Dignity" represented a change in sound and image for Hilary. On this CD, she emerged as a much more mature artist and songwriter and was compared to Kylie Minogue. Two of her singles "With Love" and "Stranger" were #1 hits in U.S. dance clubs proving that she successfully bridged the gap from her previous tween audience to twenty something clubgoers.
Duff is reportedly prepping a new single titled "Reach Out", which samples Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus". She has also written a song called "I Will" for the upcoming Vanessa Hudgens album.
