Donna Summer Videos

Donna Summer Videos:
Donna Summer had some of her biggest hits in the years between 1975 and 1979. During those years, however, dance music videos were not common. The clips from that era are mostly live performances and tv appearances.
In 1980, Donna released her first real video for "The Wanderer". Although she released three more videos, "Love is in Control", "State of Independence" and "Woman in Me", in the interim, her next big video hit was "She Works Hard for the Money". As was typical of early Eighties videos, many of these clips do not hold up well today.
Next up, Donna had minor success with "There Goes My Baby" and "Supernatural Love". The later featured Donna as an out of time "cave girl" who appears in a modern day museum. Her 1987 videos "Dinner With Gershwin and "All Systems Go" received disappointing exposure on television.
Her next big video release was "This Time I Know It's for Real". She followed with the U.K. hit "I Don't Wanna Get Hurt" and the U.S. hit "Love's About to Change My Heart".
Since the Eighties, Donna has released only a handful of videos. In 1994, she had a hit with "Melody of Love (Wanna Be Loved). Two years later she was featured in the video for "Whenever There is Love" with Bruce Roberts. Her next release was "I Will Go With You" in 1999.
Donna latest video is for "Stamp Your Feet". Early signs indicate that her CD will be a hit which promises that more videos will follow.
